Buddies!

Jalon was having a bad day on Thursday so Lisa called and asked if Josh could talk to him. Josh is such a nice boy he was able to cheer Jalon right up. Josh told him what a cool big kid he was and invited him to come over and play after school on Friday. Lisa brought him over at about 11:30 am and the boys spent the whole day together. They played Wii and computer games. The played fetch with the dog. They wrestled around. Had a "big boy" lunch. Jalon just chatted and chatted with Josh the whole time. I really think he enjoyed having the full attention of his older cousin without anyone else around. Jalon told Josh several times throughout the day he was having "the best day ever". He also said Josh was his best friend. It was really quite sweet. It also makes me thankful to have such a nice, caring teenager. He really wanted to make sure his little cousin felt special and had a great day.
